WWE 2K22 is Now Available in India: Game Modes, Post Launch Content, More Details

The latest installment in the WWE 2K series is now available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC (Steam). The game was supposed to be released by the end of 2021, but it was pushed back to March 2022.

The game includes a slew of new game modes, including the return of MyGM, which was previously a fan favorite. This year's showcase features Rey Mysterio, who is celebrating his 20th year as a WWE Superstar and has become a staple of the WWE 2K games.

The show includes memorable moments from the legendary wrestler's career, including some of his most well-known matches. Players will also be able to watch Rey conduct interviews in the style of a documentary. The new 'Slingshot Tech,' which allows for a seamless transition between gameplay and live-action footage, allows for a seamless transition.

On last-gen consoles and PC, the game's Standard Edition costs INR Rs 3,299 at the moment. The PS5/Xbox Series X/S version of the current-gen console costs INR Rs 4,399. The Cross-Gen Bundle costs INR 4,799 and includes the digital Standard Edition as well as the Starrcade '96 Rey Mysterio Pack on both previous and current-gen PlayStation and Xbox consoles.

WWE 2K22 Game Modes and Post-Launch Content

MyGM

MyGM was a fan-favorite game mode that was brought back for 2K22, and it was easily one of the most anticipated game modes. Players take control of their own weekly show in this mode, which includes booking, signing free agents, drafting a roster, and much more.

MyRise

MyRise is a Career Mode in which players begin as humble Rookies and work their way up the WWE ladder to achieve Hall of Fame status. It is a mainstay of the 2K franchise at this point. This time around, there are separate men's and women's division storylines to choose from, with players encountering a variety of WWE Superstars and Legends along the way.

Creation Suite:

The fantastic Creation Suite is one of the most beloved aspects of the WWE 2K games. A featured creator section highlights players and their content, community creation upvoting, a Create a Superstar wizard for faster creation, and more are all available in addition to the Suite.

Post-Launch Content Roadmap

With five content packs confirmed for the next few months, the game will receive a significant amount of post-launch content. Individually, these packs will be available for purchase. The Season Pass, as well as the Deluxe Edition and nWo 4-Life Digital Edition, will grant players access to the entire set of packs.

Machine Gun Kelly, a rapper turned pop-rock artist, has been named Executive Soundtrack Producer and will be in charge of the soundtrack curation. Logan Paul is one of the characters who will be available for selection in the game later on.

Ronda Rousey, Doink the Clown, LA Knight, Mr. T, Rob Van Dam, Stacey Keibler, Cactus Jack, The British Bulldog, Umaga, Yokozuna, and Dewdrop are among the post-launch playable characters.
