Vivo is preparing to release a new smartphone in the Y-series. The Y33s 5G is expected to be announced in China very soon. It will be distinct from the 4G model that was released in India last year.
The 4G model was priced under Rs 20,000 and included a MediaTek Helio G80 SoC. According to a China Telecom listing, the Vivo Y33s 5G would be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. (via GizmoChina).

The Vivo Y33s 5G will be available in three storage configurations, according to the listing. The Y33s 5G has a 6.51-inch display with a 720 x 1600 pixel HD+ resolution. The front camera is housed in a waterdrop cutout near the top of the phone. It will very certainly support a 60Hz refresh rate.
