Vivo is preparing to launch the Vivo V27 series in India. The launch of the smartphone in India has been confirmed by the company. The Flipkart landing page for the V27 series went live a few days ago. The Chinese smartphone giant has revealed that it will be sold in its e-Store as well as on Flipkart. The poster depicts the arrival of the V27 series smartphones in India. It stated that the smartphone would be released by the end of February 2023. Vivo V27 Pro to Launch Initially in India
According to a report on TheTechOutlook, the tipster revealed that Vivo will initially launch the V27 Pro smartphone. He stated that the V27 Pro smartphone would be unveiled on February 25th in India. He also stated that the other smartphones in the series, the Vivo V27, and V27e, will be released later.
The upcoming smartphones' promotional posters were also leaked, confirming the launch of the V27 series smartphones. The launch date for the other smartphones in the series has not been revealed by the tip. There are no reports on smartphone pricing in India. However, according to a report, the V27 Pro will be available in India for Rs 40000.
There have been rumours that Vivo will rebrand the Vivo S16 series when it launches in China in December 2022. The MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset was rumoured to power the Vivo V27 Pro. Later, the V27 Pro smartphone with the same chipset was listed in Google Play Console. The Vivo V27e smartphone, as well as the V27 Pro smartphone, was listed in Google Play Console.
According to the Google Play Console listing, the smartphone's model number will be V2230. According to the listing, it will have a display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a pixel density of 440ppi. The device is powered by a MediaTek MT6896Z chipset with four Cortex A78 cores and four Cortex A55 cores.
The smartphone is expected to come in two versions: 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256 GB. Vivo will include a colour-changing back panel on the smartphone, which will be available in Black and Blue. If the phone is a rebranded Vivo S16 Pro, it will have a 6.78-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with a refresh rate of 120Hz.
In terms of optics, it would have a triple-rear camera setup with a primary 50MP Sony IMX 766 sensor with OIS. The sensor will be accompanied by a 12MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. The 16MP selfie camera is housed inside a punch hole in the centre of the display. It is powered by a 4600mAh battery with 66W fast charging technology.
