When you block someone on Instagram, you are no longer able to see their posts or interact with them on your profile. Nevertheless, you can always unblock someone on Instagram if you change your mind.

Unblock Someone From His or Her Instagram Profile

Visiting someone's Instagram profile is the simplest way to unblock them. Using Instagram online or through its mobile apps for iPhone or Android will accomplish this.

You can still search for and visit someone's profile even if you've blocked them. In order to unblock a profile, first open it.

Unblock Someone in Your Instagram Settings

Then, in the top-right corner of your profile, tap the three-line Menu button.

Finally, tap “Blocked Accounts.”

You should now see a list of all the profiles you've blocked. To unblock someone, tap the "Unblock" button next to their account.

Tap "Unblock" again in the popup to confirm your action.

You can now see that person's posts and Stories in your feed again. If you want to unblock more people, simply repeat the process.
