The Nokia C12 is available in a single 2GB + 64GB configuration and costs € 119. (approx Rs 10,500). It will soon be available for purchase in Germany and Austria, after which it will be rolled out to the rest of Europe. The Nokia C12 India launch date has yet to be announced by the company.
