BGMI India Series: Before Round 1, Grind Weeks will be announced.
On December 2, 2021, The Grind Week 1 will begin.

The iQOOO Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2021 has invited a total of 32 teams comprised of India's greatest esports players to compete in BGMI, however, they must first compete in The Grind before entering the competition. While the rest of the players compete in the In-Game Qualifiers, the 32 invited teams will compete in The Grind, a smaller event that will take place over two weeks, the first beginning on December 2, 2021.
Velocity Gaming, Team 8-Bit, AXOM Esports, and Team Incognito are among the 32 invited teams. The Grind is expected to feature some of the greatest BGMI and esports athletes in the country, with all 32 teams featuring some of the best BGMI and esports athletes in the country.
The Grind dates have been confirmed for the iQOO Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) Series 2021.
The Grind Week-1 will run concurrently with the traditional In-Game Qualifiers, while The Grind Week-2 will take place immediately prior to the start of Round 1. Many teams have stepped up their game in the iQOO Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) Series 2021, including Velocity Gaming, who are now entering BGMI with a brand-new lineup that includes Raj "Snax" Varma, Randeep "Attanki" Singh Bhullar, Daljit "Daljitsk" Singh, and Samir "Kratos" Choubey.
BGIS 2021, organized by Krafton and supported by iQOO, is the inaugural of what will ideally be an annual event. The tournament is arguably one of the most eagerly anticipated esports events in the country, with a prize pool of Rs 1,00,00,000. After the In-Game Qualifiers and The Grind, Round 1 will begin on December 16, 2021.
In the first three rounds of the event, a total of 1024 teams will play, with only 64 teams advancing to the following phase, the Quarter-Finals. Only 16 teams will advance to the Grand Finale from the Semi-Finals, which will be held between 24 teams divided into three groups.
