The ROG Phone 6 Pro is quite expensive and may appear to be overkill with 18GB of RAM. On paper, the ROG Phone 6 with 12GB of RAM appears to be the better value of the two phones for gamers looking for the best-in-class gaming experience.
Both phones are powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The devices include a large 6000mAh battery with 65W fast charging support. The ROG Phone 6 series weighs around 240 grams with a massive battery packed inside and a cooling mechanism to keep the heat at bay. Both devices, according to Asus, use the new cooling system, which is said to reduce temperatures by up to 10 degrees.
